We had a key stuck in the front door lock of our office and needed someone quickly. Orlando was the technician of behalf Salt Lake City Lock & Door, he arrived in about half an hour of my call and helped us with this issue. He removed the stuck key and double checked that the lock is working after that. Orlando was friendly, professional and acted quickly. The whole problem was solved before my boss returned from the meeting. Great service and I think we will surely call Orlando again.
