Alex came out quickly to my rescue when my smart lock ran out of battery, it was my fault as I ignored the notification and forgot to change it before it completely died on me. Now I got locked out, but Alex, who also installed it a year ago came out and managed to pick it and open the door in no time, Alex fixed the problem without damaging the lock, was super friendly, efficient and professional, highly recommend him!
