I called them to schedule service and they were very easy to work with. Ben the technician  came and rekey my house locks. One of the locks in my back door needed to be replaced but Ben communicated well and gave me few options for what lock he can install before proceeding. The new lock he installed being a little sticky so I called hem back to see if he can come back and fix it, he came in the next day and fix the issue. I would definitely recommend Salt Lake City Lock and Door to everyone that need service.
