I called and ask for help because the back door simply would not close as a result of a stuck lock. They said that their technician will be there within 30 minutes but Alex called back couple minutes later to confirm my address and told me it will take him just 10 minutes to come by and indeed within 10 minutes he was at my house… Amazing! He assessed the situation quickly and gave me a really good offer for replacing and rekeying the lock.
